I invite you into a healing that’s lived, not just understood—experiential therapy integrating emotion, body, and relationship in a safe, engaged space.
I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, openness, and care. Healing is rarely straightforward, as it can be messy, nonlinear, and at times uncomfortable. My role is to be alongside you in that process, offering care, perspective, and space to explore new ways of thinking and being. I bring a mix of warmth, creativity, and groundedness into the room, creating a space where you can feel both emotionally safe and engaged.
Real change goes beyond awareness; it happens when we safely experience new ways of relating and being. I use experiential methods to help you connect with both your emotions and your body. Together we’ll explore: What’s beneath your understanding? Are you feeling your feelings? How can mind and body work together for healing?
My own journey has shown me how vulnerable it can be to look inward and reflect on who we are and what we want. I approach therapy with respect for the courage it takes to show up and do the work. I hope that therapy can be a space where you feel seen, supported, and able to discover, let go, and grow.
